It is connected with the spray dryer to form a nitrogen closed circulation mode with high safety.
When organic solvents are used in spray dryers ADL311S, GB210-A and DL410, organic solvent recovery devices are used to prevent external discharge.
The treatment of flammable and toxic solvents can be achieved by using a nitrogen sealed circulation method and a combination of a refrigeration unit and a condenser for solvent recovery.
It can dry easily oxidizable substances.
Due to its ability to dry at low temperatures, it can also dry substances that are prone to thermal deformation.
Under strict safety measures, spray drying is carried out to recover products and solvents.
